Ditech Networks To Hold Earnings Conference Call On Thursday, May 21, 2009

(Nasdaq: DITC) announced today that it will hold its quarterly conference call on Thursday, May 21, 2009.  President and Chief Executive Officer, Todd Simpson, and Chief Financial Officer, Bill Tamblyn, will conduct the briefing to discuss Ditech Networks’ fiscal 2009 fourth quarter and full year financial results for the period ended April 30, 2009.
