Dr. Hossein Eslambolchi is chairman of Divvio Inc., a Web portal that allows users to build personalized “channels” of digital content by leveraging the best and most advanced adaptive learning technologies and Web 2.0 community behavior. Prior to Divvio, Dr. Eslambolchi led the transformation of AT&T’s network, systems and services. Dr. Eslambolchi served as Chief Technology Officer and led the formulation and implementation of a strategic technology vision from 2001 to 2005. In addition to serving as CTO, Dr. Eslambolchi was also President of AT&T’s Global Networking Technology Services, President and CEO of AT&T Labs and Chief Information Officer, giving him end-to-end responsibility for implementing the company’s technology and operational vision of 21st century.

Homayoun Razavi is Vice President of the Americas and EMEA for Ditech Networks, and is responsible for business operations that serve global VoIP and mobile service providers. Prior to Ditech, Mr. Razavi successfully led several start-up and well-established organizations that provided advanced technologies to carriers operating around the world. During his 24 years in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Razavi has become a well known-expert among both equipment vendors and service providers, and he has held senior-level positions in sales, business development and operations at MCI, Laurel Networks, Lucent Technologies, and Ascend.
